These terms govern your use of Color Hunt, developed by Can Bi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

Color Hunt grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your Data

All data you create in Color Hunt (photos, color collections, daily challenge progress, preferences) belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or store your data. It exists only on your device.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own data. Color Hunt is not responsible for data loss caused by:

• Deleting the app
• Device failure, loss, or theft
• Operating system updates or resets
• Any other cause

We recommend using your device's built-in backup features (e.g., iCloud device backup) to protect your data.

In-App Purchases

Optional Pro unlocks and tip-jar purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Tips unlock no features.

Color Hunt may offer:

• Lifetime (non-consumable) Pro unlock
• Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and/or annual)
• Optional tips (consumables)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by storefront.
