These terms govern your use of Photo Feed, developed by Can Bi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Photo Feed grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
All data you create in Photo Feed (bookmarks, comments, preferences, feed organization, and profile metadata) belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or store your data on our servers. It exists only on your device.
Photo Feed reads your Photo Library to display photos. The app does not modify, copy, or transmit your photos. Deleting Photo Feed metadata (for example via Delete All Data) removes likes, comments, bookmarks, and organization stored by the app — not your photos in Apple Photos.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own data. Photo Feed is not responsible for data loss caused by:
We recommend using your device's built-in backup features (e.g., iCloud device backup) to protect your data. Pro users may export Photo Feed metadata with the in-app .photofeed backup feature.
Optional Pro unlocks and tip-jar purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Tips unlock no features.
