These terms govern your use of Pixel Art Animation, developed by Can Bi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

Pixel Art Animation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your Data

All data you create in Pixel Art Animation — animation projects, drawings, frames, and preferences — belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or store your data on our servers. It exists only on your device.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own data. Pixel Art Animation is not responsible for data loss caused by:

• Deleting the app
• Device failure, loss, or theft
• Operating system updates or resets
• Any other cause

We recommend using your device's built-in backup features (e.g., iCloud device backup) to protect your data.

User Content

Pixel Art Animation enables you to create animations and drawings. You retain full ownership of all content you create. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your creations.

In-App Purchases

Optional Pro unlocks and tip-jar purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Tips unlock no features.

Pixel Art Animation may offer:

• Lifetime (non-consumable) Pro unlock
• Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and/or annual)
