Avare is a social media platform that prioritizes user privacy and data protection. These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the rules and guidelines that govern your access to and use of the Avare application ("Avare" or "App"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Avare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review both documents carefully to fully understand your rights and responsibilities as an Avare user.
Avare prioritises protecting our users' privacy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
You retain full ownership rights to the content you create on Avare, including lists, locations, and notes. By default, all user-generated content is set to private, ensuring your privacy. Only the owner user (manager) of a list has the authority to change its visibility settings, making it public or private. You have the option to share your content with other Avare users, but not with the general public. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you choose to share complies with these terms and applicable laws. The User shall not create content that is contrary to general morality and good manners, illegal, violates third-party rights, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, violates personal rights, violates copyrights, or encourages illegal activities within the application, any part of the application, or in its communications. Otherwise, the user is entirely responsible for any resulting damage, and the 'application' authorities reserve the right to suspend or terminate such accounts, as well as initiate legal proceedings. As a result, Avare reserves the right to share information about activities or user accounts as requested by judicial authorities. Avare users are responsible for their own relationships with one another and third parties.
Events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fire, explosions, civil wars, wars, riots, public movements, declaration of mobilization, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, and power outages (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"), may affect the fulfillment of obligations under this contract. If such events occur, the parties are not responsible for non-fulfillment. During this period, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from this Agreement are suspended.
Our liability for damages arising from the use of the Avare application is limited to intent and gross negligence. The maximum amount of compensation that can be sought for losses resulting from a breach of contract is restricted to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from lateness, non-performance, or default in any circumstances that are deemed by law to be due to force majeure.
Using Avare means agreeing to act responsibly. As a user of our community, you are expected to follow the guidelines below, which help maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
